We supported a Scottish public sector client (Non Departmental Public Body) with some 1750 employees to plan, project-manage and implement a number of major integration/change initiatives including:-

- Revised severance arrangements
- Harmonisation of Pension arrangements
- Revised Pay and Grading structure/model
- Harmonisation of Terms and Conditions of Employment
- Harmonisation of Policies and Procedures
- New posts formally Job Evaluated
- Relevant Employee Communication and Consultation
