We supported a UK based private sector client to successfully plan, project-manage and implement a major change/integration programme including:-
- Planning for and implementation of 300 employees being “transferred in” under TUPE across six separate sites across Scotland and England
- TUPE consultation with Trade Union representatives in a collectively bargained arena
- Post TUPE redundancy programme
- Consultation and subsequent implementation of rationalised terms and conditions of employment
- Introduction of “Performance Management” including appraisals and personal development planning
- Integration of company’s “Values”
