We have provided “Grievance” and “Disciplinary” services/support to clients in relation to the following-:
- Conducting “Grievance” investigations and producing relevant Management Reports detailing “findings” and “recommendations.” On a number of occasions we have reported directly to the “Board” when allegations have been made against an employee(s) at the most senior level(s) within the organisation
- Conducting “Disciplinary” investigations and producing relevant Management Reports detailing “findings” and “recommendations”
- Conducting/supporting clients at “Grievance” and “Disciplinary Hearings”
- Conducting/supporting clients at “Grievance” and “Disciplinary” Appeal Hearings
- Conducting “Appeals” as an “Independent Person” where the client has awarded a disciplinary penalty and either has no-one at the same or higher level to hear the Appeal or the appropriate internal person is “conflicted” in some way
